Compensation$21.00 per hour

- Support reliable operation and maintenance of liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment.
- Conduct minor inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Perform daily rounds to contribute to site safety and efficiency, recording readings, monitoring systems, and facilitating gas/chemical container exchanges.
- Develop a deep understanding of liquid bulk delivery procedures to support site-wide safety and quality.
- Facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of bulk gas and chemical trailers.
- Assess situations and collaborate with the team to solve challenges.
- Serve as an active contributor to the Emergency Response Team.
- Complete the TGCM Tech 5 local OJT and qualification journey within the first 12 months.
- Contribute to customer and Air Liquide community programs (Safety, Training, Operations, Preventive Maintenance).
- Partner in training support for TGCM contractors.
- Uphold HS&E standards to ensure a safe environment, including PPE and safety programs.
- Perform minor analytical and sampling procedures to support product quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support safe transfer of materials to storage area (Hazardous Waste Technician responsibilities where applicable).
- Assist with emergency preparedness, safe material handling, spills and container preparation.
- Partner in waste minimization initiatives and understand applicable hazardous waste laws.
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5+ years of experience.
- 1+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Evidence of successful teamwork experience.
- Knowledge of reporting procedures per onsite operations policy.
- Electro‑mechanical aptitude.
- Aptitude for emergency situation control and coordinating problem‑solving actions.
- Ability to understand and abide by stringent safety rules.
- Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 11 hours per day.
- Ability to operate a hydraulic foot pump for 55‑gallon drums (drums up to 800lbs).
- Job requires constant bending to perform shift tasks such as validating information and checking systems.
- Ability to wear a respirator as part of required PPE for certain job tasks.
- Experience in the semiconductor or chemical/specialty gas field, military technical/electronic rating, nuclear field, or an equivalent industry.
