Johnson Controls is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the Albany, MO plant on a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:30 PM-1:00 AM with overtime on Fridays as needed). You will lead a team to meet daily production goals, emphasize safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.
Requires a university or equivalent degree with relevant manufacturing experience, plus MS Office proficiency and Lean/Six Sigma exposure.
