We're partnering with a growing manufacturer seeking a hands-on Production Manager with direct dairy or milk manufacturing experience to lead daily production, coach supervisors, and drive plant performance.

Candidates must have production leadership experience in a dairy processing or milk manufacturing facility. General food and beverage experience alone will not meet this requirement.

• Lead daily production operations, ensuring orders are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Manage production supervisors and employees, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor quality, safety, labor costs, production efficiency, and customer delivery
  .
• Resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain production procedures.
• Enforce GMP, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  .
• Support inspections, audits, inventory planning, and production reporting.
• Apply company policies and union contract provisions when applicable.

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including direct experience in dairy processing or milk manufacturing.
• Supervisory or production management experience within a dairy or milk manufacturing facility.
• Strong understanding of dairy production processes, process flow, and production efficiency.
• Experience maintaining GMP, food safety, sanitation, safety, and quality standards
  .
• Ability to coach supervisors, hold teams accountable, and solve problems on the production floor.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

• $110,000 - $115,000 base salary, with potential for more based on experience.
