Location: City of Albany
The Development Specialist holds primary responsibility for the strategy, integrity, and day-to-day management of the organization’s donor database and assists with development operations. This role also serves as the lead staff person for Catholic Charities’ signature fundraising event, the Gala for Good, overseeing planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
The Development Specialist plays a central role in strengthening donor information, supporting revenue growth, ensuring best practices in data management and gift processing, and contributing to a comprehensive development and communications program across the organization.
