The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking a policy-influencing Mental Health Program Manager 1, M-4, in the Division of Community Program Policy & Management. Under the direction of the MPM2, you will oversee the Housing Development and Support Bureau, including the Housing Utilization Unit and Homeless Support Unit.
Responsibilities include policy implementation, housing portfolio oversight, interagency coordination with OTDA, HCR, ESSHI and DOB, and program expansion initiatives
