Shift and schedule: Every other weekend, Rotating weekends, On call
What You’ll Do- Be a vital caregiver: work under the direction of our Resident Care Director, follow personalized care plans, administer medications, and perform essential nursing functions.
- Keep things running smoothly: maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring every detail of resident care is documented and communicated effectively.
- Lead and inspire: oversee and guide the activities of our Personal Care Aides (PCAs), assign daily tasks and contribute to a cohesive team schedule.
- Make a difference every day: observe and document residents’ conditions and physical changes, report key observations, and assist physicians during rounds.
- Ensure comfort and joy: help oversee resident services, including meal times, ensuring everyone is comfortable and happy.
- Grow and share: assist in orientation and training of new staff, sharing your knowledge and helping our team thrive.
- A current and valid NYS LPN License.
- Certification from an accredited nursing training program.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience is highly preferred (but we’re most interested in your passion!).
- Previous supervisory experience is a major plus!
