Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.

Seeking a scrub CVOR RN with Vascular and Cardiac experience 4-10 hour shifts (7a-5p). Typically staff arrive around 630a for set up. This position will require oncall (8-10 shifts a month); 4p-7a at a rate of $16/hr Crisis Credentialing approved; need ASAP starts
Orientation 100% billable Scrub nurse
duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assisting surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse
practitioners during procedures
Preparing the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior
to surgery
Ensuring sterility and safety is maintained before, during, and
after the procedure
Providing emotional support to patients and their family members
throughout their hospitalization
Collaborating with the circulating nurse in monitoring vitals,
assessing skin integrity, and communicating with family members throughout the
perioperative period
Documenting surgical details in the patient’s electronic health
record (EHR)
Performing postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument counts
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous scrub nurse experience
in vascular and cardiac surgery Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) Certification Impeccable organization, time
management, and critical-thinking skills
