Estimated pay package based on bill rate at the time the job was posted. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers.

• Number of Beds: 766 licensed beds
• Unit staffing: 35 ORs – 25 in block currently with 1 dedicated Trauma emergency room, 1 hybrid room
• Type of equipment:
  Large number of equipment specific to each specialty. No burn unit, no VADs, heart transplant or lung transplants; most other procedures performed.
• Documentation system: OR Manager
• Scheduling requirements: all travelers work 1:3 weekends; accommodate 4 10-hour shifts in a row or 5 8-hour shifts.
• Floating policy: to areas with competency; internal float team assists in filling holes. OR staff do not float to other areas.
• Patient Experience requirements:
  Treat patients like family. Each patient is met in the pre-op area and greeted.

• Certifications:
  
  Academic Medical Center, Level 1 trauma center (adult);
  Children’s Hospital within a hospital
