Location: City of Albany
CRNA – $150,000 Signing Bonus (Paid in Full at Start)
Full‑time, W‑2 position in hospital and outpatient settings. No visa sponsorship. Minimum 1 year experience required.
$150,000 Signing & Retention Bonus – paid in full at start date. Must begin on or before September 1, 2026. 3‑year commitment.
CompensationAnnual base (40 hrs) – effective 1/1/2026:
- 0‑3 years: $213,000
- 4‑6 years: $222,000
- 6+ years: $235,000
Each tier increases $5,000 on 1/1/2027 and 1/1/2028.
Hourly range: $175–$220. Overtime paid at 200% of hourly rate.
Call not mandatory; optional opportunities available.
Position OverviewCRNAs practice under anesthesiologist supervision in a collaborative care model, providing:
- Pre‑anesthesia assessments
- General, regional, and IV sedation
- Airway management
- Pain management
- Post‑anesthesia care
- Emergency response (ACLS)
