About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a rewarding travel contract assignment! We're looking for dedicated healthcare professionals ready to provide exceptional nursing care in various skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
This role requires temporary relocation; a housing allowance is available for your convenience.
In this position, you will deliver direct nursing care, collaborate closely with the nursing team, and ensure the wellbeing and comfort of residents. Your expertise in administering medications, conducting assessments, and documenting changes will be vital in maintaining our high standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident health statuses.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and care standards.
- Active LPN license from Vermont.
- Current BLS/CPR Certificate, along with a physical and TB test in compliance with Revv Staffing policy.
- Previous experience in a nursing home, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Strong clinical, time management, and communication skills are essential.
- Must be willing to travel and relocate temporarily.
