Nurse Practitioner – Torrance County Detention Facility in Estancia, NM
Qualifications and Responsibilities- Provide a variety of professional medical services to residents, including administering examinations, diagnosing medical and other problems, prescribing medications, and providing treatment and follow‑up care.
- Monitor and review operations and standards of care delivered to inmates.
- Make clinic rounds.
- Participate in treatment team meetings where individual health plans of inmates are devised, reviewed and altered.
- Closely monitor all potential catastrophic illnesses.
- Accept on‑call status.
- Must have an active New Mexico license with DEA, BLS, and must pass federal clearance.
- Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year.
