Hourly Range:

$36.73 - $60.93

Responsibilities:

Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatments as required by policy and regulations.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.

Apply sound nursing judgment in care management decisions.

Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Administer medications as ordered.

Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.

Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate Degree).
Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
Certification in BLS and ACLS.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and tools.
