Positions may be available on a Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem basis.

Interviews will be held in Troy and Albany, and invited candidates will have the opportunity to meet with hiring teams and explore roles across multiple outpatient offices in the Capital Region.

LPN: $23.85 – $29.95
Pay is based on experience. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
