Salary Range: $94,957.00 – $ (annual)

Hourly Range: $38.54 – $63.60

• Deliver patient care within the defined patient care area on the assigned primary shift.
• Contribute to goal setting and defining opportunities consistent with organizational goals and strategic nursing initiatives.
• Mentor staff for the development of a nursing leadership, professionalism, competency, and quality team.
• Serve as a collegial and customer‑oriented resource to patients, families, peers, and physicians, ensuring throughput and care coordination.
• Demonstrate expertise in the care of patients within the unit specialty.
• Perform essential duties as outlined in the annual competency assessment and meet reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
