Position Overview

Travel Nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab, Albany, New York.

Start Date:

07/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks.

Hours:

40 per week (10 hour days).

Employment Type:

Travel.

• Perform angioplasties, implants pacemakers and diagnose cardiac conditions with invasive catheterization.
• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
• Identify blockages, assist physicians during procedures, and monitor patient status at other times.
• Administer interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related interventional or diagnostic procedures.

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care cath lab setting.
