Outpatient Clinic (No Weekends/Holidays)
We are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our growing outpatient team. This role combines hands‑on patient care with clinical oversight responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality infusion services while supporting operational excellence.
Position OverviewYou’ll work in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment focused on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional care. This role is a great opportunity to get into clinical research.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical nursing operations for infusion and support services
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory standards
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of clinical policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing personnel records
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage across clinics while managing labor costs
- Coordinate schedules including PTO, sick time, and overtime in alignment with labor guidelines
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff
- Step in to support direct patient care and infusion services as needed
- Monitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance metrics
- Promote best practices aligned with organizational objectives and patient care standards
- Ensure proper charge capture and coding practices, including staff education on reimbursement guidelines
- Support the creation of new services and patient-focused initiatives
- Contribute to programs that enhance patient, family, and staff experience
- Active New York RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field
- Experience in infusion nursing, outpatient care, or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care delivery
- Experience in infusion therapy and/or clinical research
- Familiarity with reimbursement guidelines, coding, and compliance
- Outpatient/office‑based clinical setting

- Monday–Friday schedule — No weekends or holidays
- 4 weeks PTO + 2 floating holidays

This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $82,000.00 – $98,000.00/yr. NYOH will share the company benefits with the future candidates.
