Full Time Infusion Nurse

Infusion Lead RN

The Infusion Lead RN oversees patient care and provides clinical and operational support in an outpatient gastroenterology infusion center.

• leading and mentoring nursing staff,
• assisting with onboarding and training,
• coordinating staffing and workflow,
• administering IV medications and infusion therapies,
• performing patient assessments,
• monitoring for adverse reactions,
• educating patients on treatments and follow-up,
• maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Skills required are strong interpersonal, communication, multitasking, organizational, and computer skills, with knowledge of gastroenterological conditions, treatments, and relevant laws.

• current RN licensure in NY,
• graduate of an accredited nursing school,
• minimum of two years' RN experience,
• previous supervisory or lead nursing experience.

Key qualities include professionalism, attention to detail, patient service focus, and ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.

Physical demands involve visual acuity, mobility, and communication skills, with no travel required.
