Registered Nurse – Operating Room

$2665.60/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN for Operating Room (OR) travel assignment at a clinical campus. The role requires strong Epic system expertise and current Navy blue scrubs, with on-call responsibilities approximately four times per month.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver perioperative patient care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic electronic health record system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, supporting emergent and scheduled surgeries.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical equipment and assist during procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of OR experience.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts from 3:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
• Comfortable wearing Navy blue scrubs and adhering to dress code policies.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical skills.
• Willing to review pending state license candidates and rehiring previous staff.
