American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a day-shift travel assignment requiring Epic EMR experience and NY RN licensure.

• Operating Room department within a hospital setting
• Monday through Friday schedule with a floating day off
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• Shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required approximately 3-4 times per month from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• 13-week assignment length

• Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS certification from AHA or RQI required
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SIN not accepted
• Flu vaccination required, with only medical exemptions accepted (personal or religious declinations not permitted)

• Navy blue scrubs required as part of dress code
• Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius are not eligible if living in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties
• More than 3 call-outs during the 13-week contract may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks of the last call-out
• Blocked scheduling is not permitted
