Starting Pay: $25.75 to $29/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :
  • - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • - Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
  • - Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
  • - Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
  • - Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • - Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
  • - Communicate effective with residents, families, and team members
What You Bring
  • - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
  • - A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
  • - Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • - Reliability and a commitment to excellence
  • - Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
