Starting Pay: $25.75 to $29/hour
Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :- - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- - Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
- - Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
- - Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
- - Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- - Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
- - Communicate effective with residents, families, and team members
- - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
- - A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- - Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- - Reliability and a commitment to excellence
- - Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
