ICU Nurse
Registered Nurse - ICU
This position offers a shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with accepted hours totaling 48 hours per week.
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a level I trauma center to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and competent in caring for ICU patients across various settings including the neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU, as well as ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in diverse ICU settings.
- Float to various ICUs as required and manage patient care effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Conduct competency tests as required and maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Epic experience is required.
- Nursing candidates must have previous travel experience.
- Experience in floating to a variety of ICUs is highly desired.
- Must hold a current nursing license in the applicable state.
