The Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Weekend Hospice Admissions Team in Albany, NY. This role focuses on admissions to the Hospice Home Care program, with cross-training opportunities across other hospice levels.
Full-time, weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday 7am–7:30pm) with weekend pay incentives. The RN Admissions role combines clinical nursing with coordination of care among physicians, families, and the hospice interdisciplinary team, ensuring smooth transitions
