Location: City of Albany
Community Hospice seeks a Per Diem RN to join our hospice care team serving nursing homes in the Capital Region (Albany, Schenectady, Troy). The role focuses on case management and symptom control for hospice patients in long-term care settings.
Shifts are weekdays (Mon-Fri), 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with per diem availability. We offer mileage reimbursement, a laptop for charting, and a comprehensive orientation as part of our supportive program.
