Role:
Lead Infusion RN overseeing outpatient GI infusion suite.
Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, evidence-based IV infusions
- perform patient assessments
- monitor patient progress
- provide patient education on biologics and therapies
- coordinate daily operations
- optimize scheduling
- mentor nursing staff
- support quality and safety initiatives
- collaborate with gastroenterologists, APPs, and pharmacy
- contribute to advancing digestive and liver care
- Strong clinical knowledge of IV infusions and patient assessment
- leadership and mentorship abilities
