Location: City of Albany
The Community Hospice in the Capital Region is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Home Care team. You will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans that promote comfort and dignity.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm in Albany area; NY RN license and an Associate Degree required; 1 year of hospice/home care experience preferred; we offer full benefits, mileage
