Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends
Payrate starting at: $42/hr
Work Fit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a School Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of students in a school setting. Your primary duties will include providing nursing care, managing health records, administering medications, and addressing health-related issues as they arise.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an RN who is passionate about promoting a healthy school environment and ensuring students have access to the healthcare support they need.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- BLS certification is required.
