Registered Nurse

• Provide quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs
• Apply competent clinical practice and the nursing process
• Integrate concepts of relationship based care into practice
• Serve as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit
• Assume accountability for nursing care of designated patients
• Demonstrate unit/area-designated competencies
• Float between St. Peter's, Albany Memorial and Samaritan Hospitals
• Complete provided orientation and training

• 2 years current experience as an Registered Nurse in the specialty you desire
• Per Diem-must work 24 hours every four (4) weeks to remain active
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
• Must be willing to float between the three locations
• Applicants must be able to complete the orientation and training that will be provided and be able to float
• Float pool experience preferred
• Contract/travel agency experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in patient-centered care, integrating clinical practice with relationship-based care principles. Holds accountability for nursing care while effectively floating between multiple hospital locations.
