- Work in Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU environments
- Participate in a 5-bed Med-Surg rotation
- Complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam and skills checklist

- Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience
- NAVE BLUE scrubs required
- Epic experience required
