We're looking for experienced RNs ready to step out of a high-pressure hospital or traditional clinic setting and into a role built around autonomy, specialized expertise, and genuine one-on-one patient connection.

Most of our nurses work independently - no charge nurse, no team overhead, no endless task lists. You manage your day around your clients and deliver the best experience possible, backed by a network of clinical leadership when you need it.
Travel medicine is a specialty. You'll build deep expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel planning - knowledge most nurses never get the chance to develop. Every client interaction is a real consultation, not a check-the-box encounter.
Current Opening- Location:
Albany, NY - Compensation: $50.00/hr
- Schedule:
Part-time, 24 hours per week. The position provides coverage during Monday-Friday office hours, 7:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. A schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is preferred, with flexibility based on business needs.
- Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks
- Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions
- Recommend travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate
- Manage clinic setup, inventory, and safety/documentation compliance
- Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed
- Complete ongoing travel medicine training - we invest in keeping your clinical knowledge current
- Active RN license in good standing (compact/multistate accepted - must legally reside in your licensed state)
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (travel medicine background a plus, not required)
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Reliable access to a personal computer and proficiency with Google Suite
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory (up to 25 lbs)

Hours are shaped by client demand, which means they can vary by season - peak travel season (roughly February-August) tends to bring the highest, most consistent volume.
