American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Neuro ICU/SICU Days position requiring 2+ years of recent ICU experience and active NY RN licensure.

• Neuro ICU/SICU unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule
• Uses Epic EMR
• No blocked scheduling permitted

• Active NYS RN license required at time of consideration
• 2 years of recent ICU specialty experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum 1 reference within the past year from a supervisor or manager (charge nurse references not accepted)
• US SSN required;
  Canadian SIN not accepted
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Medical exemption (signed by a licensed professional) required for flu vaccine exemption; personal or religious declinations not accepted
• Must pass ICU competency testing within 2 attempts

• Provide direct patient care within a Neuro ICU/SICU setting
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius for residents of Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington Counties
• RTO must be requested at time of submission
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period will result in contract termination, with required make-up shifts completed within 6 weeks
• Travel pairs are not permitted
