American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float Pool position requiring 2+ years of ICU experience and EPIC EMR proficiency.

• Critical Care Float Pool covering ICU units including MICU, Neuro, and SICU
• Day shift schedule
• No blocked scheduling permitted

• Active NYS RN license required at time of consideration
• 2 years of recent ICU specialty experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass ICU competency testing (2 attempts allowed)
• Minimum 1 supervisor or manager reference within the past year (charge nurse references not accepted)
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required
• Medical exemption (signed by licensed professional) required for flu vaccine exemption; personal or religious declinations not accepted

• Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of specific counties (Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington) are not eligible for consideration
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period will result in contract termination, with required make-up shifts completed within 6 weeks
• RTO must be requested at time of consideration
• Travel pairs are not permitted
