American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float Pool position on day shift, requiring an active NY RN license and EPIC EMR experience.

• Critical Care Float Pool role covering ICU units including MICU, Neuro, and SICU
• Day shift schedule
• No blocked scheduling permitted

• Active NYS RN license required
• 2 years of recent ICU specialty experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum 1 supervisor or manager reference (not a charge nurse) dated within the past year
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required
• Medical exemption only accepted for flu vaccine declination
• Must pass ICU or MS competency testing within 2 attempts, as applicable

• Float across ICU units as needed based on facility demand
• No local candidates permitted within a 50-mile radius from Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration
• Travel pairs are not permitted
