American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN for a Neuro ICU/SICU position requiring 2 years of recent ICU experience and active NY RN licensure.

• Neuro ICU/SICU unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule
• EPIC EMR experience required
• No blocked scheduling permitted

• Active NYS RN license required
• 2 years of recent ICU specialty experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must pass unit-specific competency testing (2 attempts allowed)
• Minimum 1 reference from a supervisor or manager (not a charge nurse) within the past year
• US Social Security Number required (Canadian SIN not accepted)

• Provide critical care nursing within a combined Neuro ICU/Surgical ICU environment
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible if residing in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties
• RTO must be requested at the time of submission
• More than 3 call-offs within a 13-week period will result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks
• Flu vaccination required; only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted
• Travel pairs are not permitted for this role
