Description:
Hospice CNA for Nursing Home residents in the Capital Region. The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a FT CNA to work as part of our Hospice Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes. As a CNA you will provide assistance with ADLs, provide for comfort needs, as well as offer added support to residents and families.
Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. NO WEEKENDS!
Requirements- NYS CNA Licensure and 1-2 years long term care experience preferred
- Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.
Community Hospice provides thorough orientation with training in end-of-life care, assigned preceptors, and a supportive work environment.
Pay- Pay Range: $17.55 - $22.93
- Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
- The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
