American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring EPIC experience and 2 years of recent ED experience.

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• EPIC EMR experience required

• Active NY RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the Emergency Department specialty
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Minimum 1 reference from a supervisor or manager within the past year (charge nurse references not accepted)

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties are not eligible
• Flu vaccination required with only medical exemptions accepted; personal or religious declinations not permitted
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• More than 3 call-outs within the 13-week period may result in contract termination, with required make-up shifts completed within 6 weeks
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
