St. Margaret's Center, an affiliate of the Center for Disability Services, is a 94-bed pediatric and young adult skilled nursing facility in Albany, NY. Since 1883, we have provided compassionate, specialized long-term care for medically fragile infants, children, and young adults in a nurturing, home-like environment.

As an RN garet's Center, you'll play an important role in assessing resident needs, coordinating care, and providing hands-on nursing support as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and perform clinical procedures in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
• Assess and monitor residents' health status, responding appropriately to changes in condition, illness, injury, or medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation and medical records
• Coordinate and communicate care needs with providers, caregivers, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Support infection prevention, safety, and quality standards while ensuring nursing equipment is properly maintained and functioning
• Provide clinical guidance to staff and participate in team meetings, training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives

• Current and valid New York State RN license
• Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
