A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Albany, NY area is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations and help lead a strong nursing team.
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
The OpportunitySupport daily nursing and clinical operations
Lead, coach, and support nursing staff
Assist with staffing and scheduling
Monitor quality of care and resident outcomes
Assist with audits, care planning, and regulatory compliance
Support staff education, training, and infection control
Help prepare for surveys and develop plans of correction
Current New York RN license in good standing
Skilled nursing experience required
Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Knowledge of regulatory and survey requirements
