Albany Med Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Cardio Pulmonary Surgery - D2N unit. The role focuses on coordinating, planning and delivering patient care across the episode of care, with emphasis on discharge planning and transitions within acute care.
The ideal candidate will hold a NYS RN license, be certified in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, and have 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience. A commitment to continuing education and quality improvement is expected.
