Night-Shift Hospice RN: In-Home Patient Care

The Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate FT Registered Nurse (RN) to join our After-Hours Hospice Care Team. This night-shift role covers the Capital Region and Saratoga County, providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes and nursing facilities during overnight hours.

You will collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to deliver symptom management and supportive end-of-life care, with a comprehensive orientation and ongoing mentorship.
