You will provide skilled nursing assessments, symptom management, and support to patients and families in homes and nursing facilities during evening hours.
Schedule:
5:00p-1:00a M-F with every other weekends. We offer an orientation, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package through St Peters Health partners, plus an evening shift
