- Manage multi‑line phones, start charts, direct visitors, file and perform general clerical duties.
- Transcription of physician orders.
- Medical record maintenance.
- Supply monitor/ordering.
- Positive attitude and self‑motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, multitasking.
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
- Computer experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Pay Range: $16.20 – $20.75 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
