• Administer home- and clinic-based research visits with expectant mothers, fathers, and romantic partners
• Assist with data management and other administrative tasks
• Support with research-related administrative and other management tasks
• Communicate frequently with the project coordinator and/or principal investigator(s). Attend research team meetings
• Assist with other research-related tasks as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Development, Neuroscience, Public Health or a related field from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or other internationally recognized accrediting organization.
• Experience volunteering or working in a research lab
• Ability to communicate effectively with research team and participants
• Experience and training in research methods
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; detail oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the research protocol visit
• Possess or successfully complete Human Subjects Protection training certification

• Experience or strong interest in research related to Black maternal-infant health
• Experience working with infants, children, and families from racial/ethnic minority backgrounds
• Experience using Qualtrics, SPSS, R, and/or Mplus
• At least 1 year of experience volunteering or working in a research lab
• Experience with behavioral observations, psycho-physiological data collection (Mind Ware)

Salary Range: $41,700-$46,100 (DOE)
