As a Merchandise Team Leader, you’ll bring our brand to life through visual storytelling and floor presentation. You’ll help create an inviting environment that encourages confidence and comfort — all while supporting and developing your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• 🩵 Lead and inspire the merchandise team to bring the Offline brand vision to life
• 🩵 Execute floor sets, product placement, and visual updates to keep the store fresh and trend-right
• 🩵 Drive sales through strategic merchandising and a strong understanding of business goals
• 🩵 Partner with leadership on training, scheduling, and daily operations

• ✅ A positive, energetic leader who loves teamwork and fashion
• ✅ Experience in retail leadership or visual merchandising (preferred)
• ✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
• ✅ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
