Counter Sales Associate

Counter Sales Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls professionally
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Process sales orders, returns, and warranties efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized counter area and showroom
• Stay current on new products and industry trends

Additional Support

• Assist with warehouse or delivery tasks as needed to support branch operations

• Have experience in counter sales or customer service (HVAC/R experience a plus)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are comfortable working in a team-based environment
• Are proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Can lift up to 75 lbs and assist with occasional physical tasks
