Parts Counter Specialist

H L Gage Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our team in Albany, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by accurately processing parts orders, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in parts sales or inventory management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing the correct parts for their needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stocked and organized.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support overall customer satisfaction.
• Handle parts warranties and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at the parts counter.

• Previous experience working in parts sales, inventory, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory software.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus monthly commission
