Assistant Manager​/Co-Manager

Rainbow USA is a rapidly growing specialty apparel retail chain with over 1,000 stores nationwide. We are looking for energetic, customer‑oriented managers with a retail background to join our team.

Assistant Manager – responsible for all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, expense control, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Minimum of two years management experience in a women’s apparel specialty store required.

• Use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and customers
• Organize and prioritize work assignments
• Ensure punctuality, organization, and attention to detail

• 2+ years of previous management experience in a women’s apparel specialty store
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Strong detail orientation and punctuality
• Team player with a positive attitude

Wage range $14.20 to $18.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Employee benefits include medical, dental, life, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
