Position Overview

General Summary & ScopeThe Task Associate (TA) supports sales drivers by maintaining store merchandise, cleanliness, and operational compliance. The TA assists the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance, people, and process focuses, ensuring detailed adherence to store standards.
PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
The TA is a champion of company values, performing essential duties and additional projects as assigned.
Performance- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for purchase.
- Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, inventory counts, and procedures.
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates, peers, and customers.
- Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
- Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Adhere to dress code and operational guidelines.
- Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology.
- Maintain a replenished, signed, and faced work area, ensuring testers are available.
- Maintain overall store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
- Protect company assets by following loss‑prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
- Execute other operational tasks as directed.
- High school diploma is preferred.
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Proficiency with basic technology (e.g., POS system, Apple devices).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem‑solving skills.
Position Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule, including early morning, day, evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts.
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
- Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and moving up to 25 lbs.
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects.

CompensationPay range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on education, qualifications, experience, shift, location, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may receive overtime pay as required by law.
