At Precision Store Works, we bring over 18 years of expertise in full-scale interior remodels for major home improvement retailers throughout the New England region. From demolition to construction to merchandising, we take pride in delivering high-quality results—and we’re looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

As part of our team, you’ll travel to retail locations to help execute store remodels from start to finish. This includes demolition, construction support, and merchandising products to meet plan specifications. No experience? No problem—we provide training!

• $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
• Per diem while traveling
• Mileage reimbursement

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Overnight shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Must reside in: MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME or NY
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight (up to one week at a time)
• Reliable vehicle for regional travel
• Basic hand tools (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset

• Assist with store remodels including demolition, construction, and merchandising
• Set up and organize product displays to company standards
• Work closely with a team to achieve project goals
• Communicate professionally with store staff and coworkers
• Handle products and equipment with care
