• Travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information.
• Walk and stand on the sales floor using a handheld device (which will be provided) to scan products.
• Complete assigned work usually Monday‑Friday between 8 am and 5 pm; some projects may require specific days or weekend work.
• Work as part of the CROSSMARK Field Intelligence Team, performing tasks such as mystery shop assignments, surveys, displays, and causal assignments.
• Possibly receive performance incentive pay based on a weighted scan rate, earning $1.00‑$4.00 per hour in addition to the base hourly rate.
• Complete the initial one‑on‑one training and then schedule work flexibly while meeting specified deadlines.

• Retail experience and merchandising skills.
• Ability to execute a Plan Ogram.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Fast learner and independent worker.
• Access to a computer with internet connection to complete Afterhire onboarding paperwork (I9).

• Permanent part time (looking for supplemental income? This is it!)
• Primarily weekdays Monday‑Friday between 8 am and 5 pm; often given 1‑3 days to complete assigned work.
• Company‑paid training (ideal for entry‑level or those looking to obtain new skills).
• Weekly pay every Friday with direct deposit setup.
