As a Field Merchandiser, you will independently showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as Hallmark’s face. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

Salary and Schedule
  • Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.
  • Paid training: live hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
  • Part‑time employees have voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, etc.
  • Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
  • Variable schedule. Average weekly hours 6‑8 hours.
  • Availability required the week before and after major holidays, may include weekends.
  • Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day engagement: use mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department. Use technology for communication, reporting, and surveys. Maintain entire product display.
  • Holiday support: additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays; may work on actual holidays.
  • Department resets: join a team for installations, fixture building, and relocation of card departments. Notify two weeks in advance for remodel assignments; may include evenings or weekends.
  • Team support: support other team members as needed in your territory.
Physical Requirements

Must push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day; may climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift up to 30/50 pounds.
  • Operate a digital handheld device.
  • Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to/from assigned stores.
